Natural gas ETFs fell as natural gas futures dropped to a five-week low on warmer-than-normal Midwest weather. Inverse gas ETFs rose, and forecasts called for above-normal temperatures in the central US into early November and a warm winter outlook.
Expectations of a warm winter reduce heating demand and weigh on gas prices, which lowers the energy cost component for feed production.
