U.S. and Middle East diesel shipments to Europe are set to reach their highest level in at least six months, partly offsetting reduced flows from Russia and India. Bloomberg ship tracking shows clean product imports into Europe exceeding 1 million bpd in June, and European diesel inventories have fallen since May.
Higher import volumes ease European supply tightness, but the signs of firming demand and falling stocks limit the bearish price effect.
