Final Market-Year Prices Detail PLC Payments, But ARC-County Numbers Likely Next Week

USDA released final 2016 market-year average prices, setting the Price Loss Coverage payment rate at 34 cents per bushel for corn and $1.61 per bushel for wheat. ARC-County payments are expected to follow once county yields are released.
