In the Southern Plains, dry weather in Oklahoma and west Texas is starting to hurt winter wheat ratings.
Delayed harvest and possible corn left in fields add logistical and quality risks, while dryness in the Southern Plains could reduce hard red winter wheat supplies. Both factors are modestly supportive for the affected grains.
