Biofuel Sends Letter to EPA Administrator Pruitt on 2019 Cellulosic Volumes

BIO and other U.S. biofuel and agriculture groups sent a letter to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt on the proposed 2019 cellulosic volumes. The letter urges EPA to give closer attention to corn kernel fiber ethanol and its D3 RIN pathway.
