USDA announces $12 billion in programs for farmers affected by trade war - Agweek

USDA announced on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 three programs worth up to $12 billion to aid farmers hit by retaliatory tariffs. Senator Heidi Heitkamp also said she is sponsoring a bill to make Trade Adjustment Assistance available to affected farmers.
