Agreement reached for people of Churchill, Union cautiously optimistic

The federal government brokered a deal to transfer the Hudson Bay Rail, Port of Churchill and Churchill Marine Tank Farm from OmniTRAX to a Canadian consortium effective Friday. The union says the deal does not address underlying problems, including the sale of the Canadian Wheat Board.
