Powell signals no need for speed when it comes to Fed rate hiking

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said at the Jackson Hole symposium that gradual rate hikes remain appropriate and that inflation is not accelerating. Stocks rose, bond yields fell and the dollar slid on the remarks.
