Cabinet paper on B10 biodiesel to be tabled by year-end

Malaysia's Primary Industries Ministry is preparing a B10 biodiesel cabinet paper to be tabled by year-end. The minister said the programme could help smallholders hit by falling palm oil prices, and stakeholder consultations are complete.
