Natural Gas is Up, Except Where It’s Down

U.S. natural gas prices rose sharply in November, while the Permian Waha hub in west Texas fell to 25 cents/MMBtu for several hours due to pipeline capacity limits. EIA expects strong production growth to pressure prices lower in 2019.
