Trade turns to weather as potential market mover

Agri-Pulse's coverage of the March WASDE said corn ending stocks rose 100 million bushels to 1.8 billion, with corn exports down 75 million bushels to 2.3 billion. Soybean ending stocks dropped 10 million bushels to 900 million, and traders shifted attention to weather and U.S.-China trade talks.
