Tighter wheat stocks; reduced Canadian canola exports; cotton consumption down: USDA

USDA's April Oilseeds report cut Canada's 2018-19 canola export forecast by 1 million tonnes to 10.6 mt due to the China dispute, and noted tightening world wheat stocks. The report said Canada needs a quick resolution with China to reach its forecast.
