CEOs Raise Concerns About Availability of Diesel and Other Fuels in 2020 Because of IMO Bunker Fuel Mandate

Trucking, aviation and home heating industry groups sent a May 13 letter to Trump administration officials and the Coast Guard. The letter asks for action to ensure adequate diesel supplies before IMO 2020 starts in 2020.
