Good Milling and End-Product Performance is Available in 2019 Hard Red Winter Wheat Supplies

U.S. Wheat Associates reports that the 2019 hard red winter wheat crop has good milling quality despite lower protein content. Production is estimated at 22.9 million tonnes, up 27% from 2018 on unexpectedly high yields.
