DMC enrollment to commence as USDA expects higher milk prices in 2024

USDA opened Dairy Margin Coverage (DMC) sign-up for 2024 from February 28 to April 29, with payments possibly starting March 4. The rules now let producers under 5 million pounds of production make a one-time production history adjustment.
