Euronext wheat rose in step with Chicago as US crop planting risks weighed on the market. CBOT corn and soybeans fell after the USDA unveiled a $16 billion farm aid package, with wheat dropping on spillover from corn.
Copper also hit its lowest since January as the US-China trade dispute escalated.
The aid package is seen encouraging plantings, adding soybean supply that weighs on feed meal and bean prices, while escalating US-China tensions dampen export demand expectations.
