French soft wheat crop rating stable at nine-year low - Markets

French soft wheat ratings held at 56% good or excellent for the week to June 1, unchanged from the prior week and down from 80% a year earlier. This is the lowest seasonal score since 2011.

Winter barley was also stable at 52%, and soft wheat development ran 12 days ahead of average.
