South Cotabato firm ships 2,000 hogs to ease tight pork supply, prices in MM

The Philippine Department of Agriculture delivered 2,000 live hogs from Biotech Farms in South Cotabato to Manila on February 17, 2021. Officials said daily hog arrivals in Metro Manila now exceed slaughter volumes and retail prices are adjusting toward ceilings.
