Rupee seen at record low as dollar, U.S. yields surge; RBI eyed

The rupee was poised to hit a new lifetime low near 81.30 per dollar as the dollar index rose to its highest since 2002 and the pound collapsed. The RBI had sold dollars at 81.20 the previous Friday.
