Saskatchewan Milling Oats Retrace to Harvest Lows

The Saskatchewan Agriculture weekly cash price for No. 2 CW oats fell 2.7% to $234.84/mt in the week ending Feb. 15, the lowest since early September.

Canadian oat stocks as of Dec. 31 were a record 3.591 million mt, up 91% year on year.
