The European Commission has published its Deforestation Due Diligence Registry, with operator registration opening in November 2024 and full access in December. The system lets firms submit geolocated due diligence statements before the regulation takes effect on December 30, 2024.
The registry operationalises the EUDR compliance process, reinforcing that EU-bound soy, palm oil and cattle products will need verified documentation to clear the market.
