Dollar falls as tariff concerns ease, Fed's Powell stays patient on rate cuts

The US dollar fell as tariff concerns eased, and Fed Chair Powell said the central bank was in no rush to cut its short-term rate. Futures priced in about 36 basis points of Fed cuts by year-end, little changed from before his comments.
