Global Milk Prices Fall 1.5% in September as Supply Growth Outpaces Demand

The IFCN World Milk Price Index fell 1.5% month on month in September to 47.7 USD per 100 kg. Butter and skim milk powder prices declined on higher supply, while cheese prices rose.

Production growth in North and South America and Oceania drove the decline.
