ABARES lifts forecast as yield potential in northern NSW, Qld and WA increases

ABARES raised its September Australian winter crop forecast by 2% to 62 million tonnes for 2025/26, the third-largest on record. Yield potential is rising in northern NSW, Queensland and Western Australia, while southern regions remain uncertain.
