Clean Fuels Alliance America filed comments asking EPA to keep the proposed 2026-2027 biomass-based diesel volumes, which reach 5.61 billion gallons in 2026, more than two billion gallons above 2025. The group says domestic biodiesel and renewable diesel capacity has doubled since 2020.
