French crop conditions declined in the week to 13 April as rainfall stayed below average, with spring barley good/very good ratings falling to 78% from 84%. Soft wheat and winter barley ratings also slipped 1 point each, and soft wheat is in its poorest mid-April condition since FranceAgriMer records began.
