Canada and US Governments Shut Down Ability of Canadian NGOs to Comment in Trade Dispute Over Mexico’s GM Corn Ban

A CUSMA trade dispute panel rescinded an invitation for Canadian NGOs to submit comments in the U.S. challenge to Mexico's GM corn ban. The Canadian Biotechnology Action Network and the Council of Canadians had been granted standing before the invitation was withdrawn at the request of the U.S. and Canadian governments.
