# Ukraine and Turkey agree to work on restoring the Black Sea grain corridor

> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan agreed in Istanbul on October 31 to work jointly on the Black Sea grain corridor. Both leaders stressed safe commercial shipping, and Erdoğan called attacks on commercial vessels unacceptable. Trilateral talks among Ukraine, the US and Russia may take place in the first half of November.
