# Ukraine Grain Exports Plunge As War Disrupts Logistics

> Ukraine’s average grain exports in the first three months of the 2026/27 marketing year were about half the pace of the previous year, as Russian attacks disrupted ports, railways, bridges, border crossings and marine traffic. USDA projects large year-end stocks, including nearly 772 million bushels of corn and about 434 million bushels of wheat, while some corn may remain in fields because of limited storage and transport capacity.
