# Wheat rebounds on bleak Russian export outlook

> Wheat rose to about $6 a bushel, recovering from a near four-month low reached on November 4. IKAR cut its 2026-27 Russian wheat export forecast from 42 million to 39.5 million tonnes and its total grain export estimate from 52.8 million to 49.5 million tonnes. Continued disruption on Black Sea routes is pushing exporters toward Baltic rail and ports, which are nearing capacity.
