# Food SOE Synergy Upstream to Downstream: Cheap Corn Launched, Breeders' Eggs Bought for Rp30 Billion

> Perum Bulog and the National Food Agency launched the distribution of 180 tonnes of SPHP corn, a price-stabilisation programme, to 18 breeder cooperatives in Blitar, East Java. The corn is sold at Rp5,000 per kg at Bulog warehouses. Bulog and ID FOOD also committed Rp30 billion to buy eggs from small layer farmers, to be paid out in stages through December 2026.
