# Ukrzaliznytsia Restricts Transport: Grain Export via Reni Under Threat

> From November 3, 2026, Ukrainian state railway Ukrzaliznytsia restricted grain hopper cars marked 'UTLC' on routes to the Danube port of Reni and toward Romania and Moldova. Orders CD/91 through CD/94 ban grain shipments in these railcars to Reni stations and transit toward Ukraine, Moldova and Romania, with exemptions for 1435 mm gauge cars and loading at Vadul-Siret. The restrictions apply to all consignees.
