# PRS and SCT Trade from Asia to Mediterranean and Black Sea Regions | MSC

> MSC will extend its Piracy Risk Surcharge and Suez Canal Surcharge to cargo from Asia to all Mediterranean and Black Sea ports, not just selected ones. The surcharges are USD 55 per TEU for PRS and USD 36 per TEU for SCS, effective 15 November 2026 until further notice.
