# Soybean Crush Down 5% in September: NASS Report

> NASS data show U.S. processors crushed 199 million bushels of soybeans in September, down 5% from August and 3% from a year earlier. Meal output fell to about 4.19 million tons and crude soybean oil production dropped 6% to 2.31 billion pounds.
