# Ukraine nears grain storage capacity shortage

> Ukraine's grain market is approaching a shortage of storage capacity as stocks of grains and oilseeds build up, estimated at 42-43 million tonnes at the start of October. Exports are only 2-3 million tonnes per month without full operation of Greater Odesa ports. Analysts estimate a storage deficit of 5-8 million tonnes by early 2027.
