# Oilseed strike hits plants nationwide as wage dispute intensifies

> The oilseed workers' union SOEA began a 24-hour strike that affects oilseed plants across Argentina. Union leader Daniel Succi says the wage offer of 12% falls short of the 25% demand and of inflation. The union will decide on further action depending on the employers' and government's response.
