# USDA: September 2026 Soybean Crush and Refined Oil Production Decline

> NASS reported that US soybean crush in September 2026 fell to 5.96 million tons from 6.29 million in August and 6.15 million a year earlier. Soybean crude oil output dropped 6% month on month, and refined oil output fell 5% from August, with canola crush roughly flat and cottonseed oil down sharply.
