# Head of Grain Union Says Russia Exported Only Half, China Won't Help, and Prices Fall

> Arkady Zlochevsky, head of the Grain Union, says Russia has harvested 135 million tonnes so far and expects about 140 million for the year, but exports have fallen and alternative routes cannot replace the Black Sea system. Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut floated Northern Sea Route shipments, which Zlochevsky says cannot fully solve the problem. Grain prices are falling.
