> The EIA reported that the national average retail diesel price rose 0.3 cents to $3.163 per gallon for the week ended May 20, 2019. Gasoline retail prices fell 1.4 cents. Futures for WTI, gasoline and diesel had risen in the week of May 13-17, with WTI up $1.48 per barrel and diesel futures up 8.39 cents per gallon.
