> PotashCorp forecasts Chinese phosphate exports will fall for a second straight year to 7.0 to 8.0 million tonnes in 2017, and urea exports to 5.0 to 7.5 million tonnes. It estimates only 52% of Chinese urea capacity is still producing, down from 62% last year, as rising coal costs and environmental rules curb output. Prices of both nutrients continued to improve.
