> NOPA members crushed 160.6 million bushels of soybeans in January 2017, the third-busiest January on record and slightly above estimates. Crush from September through January set a record 3.4% above the prior period high. Exports have overtaken domestic crush as the top use, but processors have found fewer buyers for soymeal than hoped.
