# USDA: More corn for ethanol, less for feed, ending stocks unchanged

> USDA's April WASDE left 2016/17 U.S. corn ending stocks unchanged, raising ethanol use and cutting livestock feed use. It raised Argentina and Brazil corn crops to 38.5 and 93.5 million metric tons and soybean crops to 56 and 111 million. Chicago corn, soybeans and wheat futures closed lower after the report.
