# New Season Wheat Yield In The EU To Grow

> Strategie Grains raised its EU soft wheat yield forecast slightly to 143.8 million tonnes, from 143.9 million in March, well above 135.8 million in 2016. EU wheat exports were lifted by 300,000 tonnes to 23.5 million on strong Turkish demand, and end-season EU wheat stocks are seen at 10.1 million tonnes, the lowest in 13 years.
