> UkrAgroConsult expects Bulgarian sunflower seed output to rise about 7.5% to around 1.89 million mt in 2017, while Ukraine, Russia and Moldova are expected to fall short of 2016 output. Ukrainian initial offers of $380-385/mt CPT are below last year's levels, and Ukrainian supplies as of 1 June were about 50% higher than a year earlier.
