# The yield of soybean and sunflower in Ukraine is lower than last year

> Ukraine's sunflower harvest reached 10.2 million tonnes from 5.2 million ha by October 18, with yield at 1.95 t/ha, 11% below last year. Soybean yields are also lower, at 1.86 t/ha, 14.3% below last year. Traders are raising soybean prices on reduced oilseed output.
