> USDA's Grain Transportation Report for the week ending March 15 showed total corn, wheat and soybean export inspections of 2.37 million tonnes, down 15% week on week, with soybean inspections falling 47% to their lowest since July 2017. After weeks of flooding, Mississippi and Ohio river levels were receding, easing barge navigation, and barge spot rates declined.
