# Bunge to consider soybean exports to Argentina | World-grain.com | May 16, 2018 20:12 | World Grain

> Bunge CEO Soren Schroder said on May 16 that the company will export U.S. soybeans to Argentina only if margins justify it, with some flows possible in late summer and fall. He estimated 7 to 8 million tonnes of Argentine crush capacity will be unavailable this year because of the crop shortfall, creating a crush margin dislocation. Schroder said the flows will not be large enough to change global crush margin structure.
