# EPA chief vows to offer ‘certainty’

> Acting EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler, visiting the Iowa State Fair, pledged more certainty on the Renewable Fuel Standard and other agricultural issues. He met closed-door with ag groups and renewable fuel leaders and said the administration wants to implement the RFS within the law. Biofuel supporters said small-refinery exemptions have cut demand by reallocating volumes away from producers.
