> Cash corn rose from the previous week to $3.19 per bushel, while FOB ethanol-plant DDGS values slipped to $144.30 per metric ton. DDGS at the Gulf fell $4 to $186 per metric ton, and container prices to Southeast Asia and Vietnam eased slightly for October delivery. Domestic demand is keeping much of the product in-country.

## Why it matters

Slightly softer export DDGS offers, with corn firmer, leave the DDGS-to-corn value relatively high, which may limit feed buyers' incentive to switch. Analysts expect international demand to eventually lift DDGS in line with corn futures.
