# U.S. grains: Soybeans trim back on improved crop conditions - Grainews

> On July 21, 2020 Chicago soybean futures fell despite a 126,000-tonne USDA-reported booking by China, after USDA rated 69 percent of soybeans good to excellent versus 67 percent expected. CBOT corn fell 5.5 cents to $3.2275 on better crop conditions, while wheat rose 5.75 cents to $5.2775. Reports also said China plans to sell state-reserve rice and wheat to feed producers facing high corn prices.
